How we source

The sourcing process is simple:

Request For Information (RFI): The supplier receives an invitation to respond to a Request For Information collecting general data about the company and its products or services.

Evaluation: Pernod Ricard Nordic evaluates the RFI responses in order to set up a list of potential candidates to receive the RFQ.

Request for Quotation (RFQ): Selected suppliers are invited to participate in an RFQ quoting on Pernod Ricard Nordics items, based on product specifications and other relevant information.

For indirect materials and services e-auctions are a methodology sometimes practiced.

Selection: After evaluating the responses, according to Pernod Ricard Nordic’s requirements on suppliers, a Sourcing Committee decide on which supplier(s) that will be awarded the contract.
